Mom hide your bears!
Brooklyn MFA, Kent Rogowski offers us an inside-out view of of our beloved childhood companions - stuffed animals. Kent's works are often provocative alterations things we see and use in our daily lives. He uses anything from jigsaw puzzles to teddy bears and transforms them into a vehicle of self expression.
Npr blogger Robert Krulwich takes a moment to talk, "inside-outing" and taking a different perspective on the things you see every day.
"The point here is to use this exercise to free your mind, to notice the things that over the years you have stopped noticing, or never noticed. The effect can be very liberating and can lead you...well, it can lead you anywhere."
