I have no idea what is happening at any point in this video. There seems to have been some type of dance assault happening at about 2:30, and then the woman in the red dress was lifted and carried off... to her death if I had to guess.

If I had to pick, my favorite part of this video would be when he tosses him the giant Vegemite sandwich. Also worth mentioning – solid flute use in this song.

This is one of my all time favorite 80's videos. I can't hear this song without thinking about my 6 year old self spazzing out in my living room. "Gramps" Roberts, who was always ready to cut a rug, would never pass up an opportunity to join me in walking like an Egyptian.  Although, looking back on it, I think he might have just been way in to the hot lady rockers that were The Bangles and would bust out the dance moves so I didn’t change the channel.  Well played.

I apologize if the whistling from this video is stuck in your head all weekend.

While research shows this was NOT the first documented sighting of the 80's video dance move known as the "80's gentleman snap and twist", this is clearly the first video to show the move perfected. This 1986 masterpiece not only contains the legendary dance move, but they've also thrown in  an electric keyboard on a shoulder strap just for good measure.
